About Our Services

Yes. Tax planning before 30 June is one of the most valuable services we provide. We review your income, expenses, and structure in the lead-up to year-end and identify legal strategies to reduce what you owe. The earlier we start this conversation, the more options are available.

Yes. Whether you are setting up a new business and choosing between a sole trader, company, or trust structure, or reviewing an existing structure that may no longer be the right fit, we provide specific, practical advice based on your situation.

Yes. We prepare tax returns for rental property owners, including capital gains tax calculations, deduction reviews, and depreciation schedules. We also advise investors on structuring property ownership from a tax perspective.

Yes. We work with general practitioners, specialists, dentists, physiotherapists, and allied health practitioners. This group has specific tax obligations and structuring considerations that differ from general small businesses, and we have experience across them.

How We Work

The first consultation is free and lasts approximately 30 minutes. We listen to your situation, identify what you need, explain how we work, and give you a fixed price upfront. There is no obligation to proceed.

It helps to bring your most recent tax return, any notices of assessment from the ATO, financial statements if you have them, and a list of questions. If you are a business owner, access to your current accounting software or records is useful too.

Yes. While we are based in Bella Vista and see many clients in person, we work with clients across Sydney and interstate using secure cloud tools, email, and video calls. Remote clients receive exactly the same service.

Yes — Nik is a Xero Certified Advisor. We set up, manage, and clean up Xero files for clients. We also work with clients who use other platforms.

Practical Matters

We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday appointments are available by prior arrangement.

We accept bank transfer and credit card payments.

We are based in Bella Vista and serve clients across Norwest Business Park, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville, Parramatta, North Ryde, Chatswood, and the wider Sydney region. Remote service is available nationally.
