The firm was founded by Nik, a CPA Australia member and Registered Tax Agent with over 15 years of experience across tax, business accounting, and financial planning support. Nik established Jupiter Accountants to offer the kind of personalised service that tends to disappear when accounting firms scale up — where you speak to the same person every time, and that person actually knows who you are.
Nik holds CPA designation from CPA Australia — one of the most recognised professional accounting bodies in the country — and is registered with the Tax Practitioners Board as a Registered Tax Agent. That combination of qualifications means Nik can legally prepare and lodge tax returns, provide tax advice, and represent clients in dealings with the ATO.
Over 15 years, Nik has worked with a wide range of clients: sole traders just starting out, established small businesses managing growth, property investors with complex portfolios, and medical professionals looking for tax-efficient structures. That breadth of experience informs the practical, no-nonsense advice we give every client.
Nik is also a Xero Certified Advisor, meaning cloud accounting and modern bookkeeping practices are part of the day-to-day service — not an optional add-on.
We run a deliberately small practice. That is not a limitation — it is a choice. It means every client gets direct access to Nik rather than being passed between staff members, and it means we take on clients we can actually serve well.
When you come to Jupiter Accountants, you are not filling out a form and waiting for someone to process you. You sit down (or get on a call) with the person who will be handling your account from start to finish. All client information is held in strict confidence in line with the CPA Australia Code of Professional Conduct and Australian Privacy Principles. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent.
Our office is at 304/20A Lexington Drive, Bella Vista NSW 2153 — five minutes from Norwest Business Park. We see clients in person, Monday to Friday, and Saturday by prior appointment. We also work remotely with clients across Sydney and beyond.
